Tk99o FAQ – Answers to Your Most Common Questions

Yes, tk99o supports accumulator or multiple bets (also known as "string bets") and they offer far greater winning potential than single bets — because the odds from each match are multiplied together.

How to Do It:

Go to the Sports section and pick a team from the first match — it will be added to your betslip. Then make separate selections from the second and third matches. You'll see an "Accumulator" or "Multi" option appear on your betslip — enter your stake and confirm the bet.

Example: Three matches with team odds of 1.8, 2.0, and 2.5 respectively. The accumulator odds would be 1.8 × 2.0 × 2.5 = 9.0. A ৳100 bet returns ৳900 if all three win. Lose any one of them and the entire bet is lost.

The maximum number of events you can add to an accumulator will be shown on the betslip. Typically, you can add between 2 and 20 selections at once.

Registering at tk99o is quick and easy, and is usually completed within 2 minutes. You will need the following information:

• Mobile number (required): Any Bangladeshi number. An OTP will be sent to this number.
• Password (required): At least 8 characters, combining letters and numbers.
• Full name (required): Use the same name as on your NID—it will be needed for payment verification later.
• Date of birth (required): You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Email (optional): Not required, but providing one makes password recovery easier.

Once you submit the form, a 6-digit OTP will be sent to your mobile. Verify it and your account is active. You can then deposit and start playing right away. For larger withdrawals, you'll need to complete KYC verification with your NID — but you can do that later.

Tk99o offers several options to help you stay in control — from taking a temporary break to permanently closing your account.

Cooling-Off Period (Temporary Break): Go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings and select a break period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months. During this time, you will not be able to log in or place bets.

Self-Exclusion (Long-Term Break): Your account can be closed for anywhere between 6 months and 5 years, or permanently. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed until the selected period has ended.

Permanent Account Closure: To permanently close your account, email support@tk99o.click or let us know via live chat. Make sure to withdraw your balance before closing.

Any option you select takes effect immediately. To stop receiving promotional emails, go to Notification Settings in your profile.

Tk99o offers a daily sign-in bonus—log in each day and claim it from the "Daily Reward" or "Daily Bonus" section. If you don't claim it, that day's bonus is forfeited and does not carry over to the next day.

Daily bonuses typically come in the form of free spins, small cash bonuses, or free bets—the amount may vary by day and by your membership level.

How to Use Your Free Spins: After logging in, head to the "My Bonus" or "Rewards" section to see your available free spins. You can use them on specific slots or casino games — any winnings from free spins are credited to your bonus balance and can be withdrawn once the wagering requirements are met.

Free spins typically expire within 7 to 14 days—any unused spins will be removed once the validity period ends. Full terms and conditions are available on the promotions page.
